A good negotiation skill can mostly only be achieved through practice. Therefore using real simulations has turned out to be very important. Skill achieved through trial and failure may become really expensive. A
well tutored and realistic training is beyond compare. The work done before the negotiation itself is the most demanding, but also most rewarding. A creative team activity is fundamental. All hidden possibilities
have to be exploited even in difficult situations by using effective strategies and tactics. A negotiation is really successful in the long run, when all parties win evenly.
Only when the decisions are implemented, can the final results of the negotiation truly be evaluated.
Based on extensive past experience:
With The Ministry of Trade and Commerce, beeing our largest client, we have arranged more than 500 seminars in English, Finnish and Swedish consisting of 30 different themes covering issues from strategic marketing
planning to implementation of detailed activities. In addition to this, we have had numerous developing projects with different organizations. Business to business and retail/wholesale organizations have mostly been
